Which plan is right for my establishment?
Our plans adapt to the size of your school: Starter for up to 200 students, Essential for 201 to 500 students, Professional for 501 to 1,000 students, and Institution for larger or multi-campus establishments. You can start small and upgrade at any time as your school grows.
How is Wyscolars deployed in my school?
We offer two deployment options: a local deployment on your own servers (available in the Yaoundé area, with on-site installation and initial training), or an online deployment with remote setup and training included. In both cases, our team supports you until your staff is fully autonomous.
Is the data of my students and my school secure?
Yes. Protecting your establishment’s sensitive information is a priority: data is hosted on secure infrastructures, access is structured and controlled, and we never sell your data. With the local deployment option, your data stays on your school’s own server, under your exclusive control.
Can parents follow their child’s schooling on Wyscolars?
Absolutely. The school-parent communication module lets you share clear and rapid information with parents: tuition fee payments and outstanding balances, absences, grades and report cards. This strengthens trust and keeps families involved in their child’s education.
